A nurse in Jackson, Mississippi finished her night shift and stepped into the dark to head home. What happened next stayed with us. Because it could have been anyone. A late walk home. A roadside stop. A trail after sunset. A quiet moment on the water. An ordinary day that makes you wish the right tool was within reach.

Because the most useful tool is the one you actually have with you.

A flashlight in one drawer. A blade in another. An emergency whistle buried in a kit. A work light too large to carry daily. Useful tools are everywhere — just not always where we need them.

That realization became Luma: a compact utility device designed for daily life and the unexpected, built to light dark spaces, cut through obstacles, signal for help, and keep your hands free when the task gets challenging.
